Nicolas Raspiller’s 2023 Hautes-Côtes de Nuits Rouge is “a Burgundy that’s unmistakably Burgundy yet unconventional, with a round, supple, ripe, and delightfully rustic palate that takes you away from stuffy Burgundy."

The color is brilliant, ranging from violet to garnet. The nose offers aromas of cherry, crushed strawberry, and black fruits, accompanied by spices and a hint of freshly turned earth. The palate is round, supple, and ripe, with silky tannins and a slightly spicy, lingering finish. Serve at 15–16 °C.

100% Organic Pinot Noir 2019, Les Pollands (1975, 350 m) and La Vacherotte (2004, 374 m). Whole-cluster fermentation in concrete tanks, aged for 10 months in used barrels, unfined and unfiltered.

The Macon-Village du domaine Jean-Marc Boillot is a superb white Burgundy. The nose is seductive and this Mâcon shows itself to be rather elegant with notes of pear and peach. Tonic attack but rather fat and round texture.

The Saint-Amour from Domaine Georges Descombes is the finest in the range. It develops on slightly spicy, berry and stone fruit notes with a marked minerality. Superb balance in this bottle!

This Regnié vieilles vignes from domaine Georges Descombes comes from southeast-facing vines. This natural Beaujolais has a beautiful structure, silky tannins and lots of greed. Drink it over 10 years, without hurrying.

Two parcels on the "Les Claveaux" locality with a terroir of white marl, known as "Oxfordian", one planted in 1995, the other in 2019 at high density and on a wide selection of quality Chardonnays. Generous, rich and very expressive. A very fine cuvée that finds in this vintage a surprising fullness for such a young vine

Les Claveaux from the domaine les Champs de l'abbaye is a superb Côtes Chalonnaise. The nose features notes of red fruit. The palate is greedy, fresh and well-balanced. Great value for money. Enjoy over 5 years.

The 2022 Chablis Les reinettes from domaine Pommier is a superb parcel from the estate. A model Chablis for the appellation, saline and chiseled: a pure, slender organic wine, superb with seafood and fish!

Superb Côtes Chalonnaises Les Amourettes from domaine les Champs de l'Abbaye. A racy organic Burgundy wine with lovely tension and length. An excellent introduction to the domaine's wines

Les Mûres du Clos des Rocs is a great Pouilly-Loché, a superb parcel of very high quality: this organic wine is made from chardonnay. It is racy and elegant, with good concentration. It develops aromas typical of great Burgundies, with notes of yellow fruit and hints of butter and toast. Great aging potential!

Montagne du domaine Champy is a white Haute-Cotes-de-Beaune made from lovely parcels in Altitude. A fresh, elegant Chardonnay, a model of its kind, worked biodynamically.

The cuvée saint-Urbain rouge from domaine Jean Fournier is a lovely Marsannay on the finesse side. This organic Burgundy wine has lovely volume on the palate and a lovely sweetness. An ideal introduction to Côte de Nuits wines. The 2022 vintage is very successful, with expressive fruit! Great value for money!
