Two parcels on the "Les Claveaux" locality with a terroir of white marl, known as "Oxfordian", one planted in 1995, the other in 2019 at high density and on a wide selection of quality Chardonnays. Les Claveaux from the domaine les Champs de l'abbaye is a superb Côtes Chalonnaise. The nose features notes of red fruit. The palate is greedy, fresh and well-balanced. Great value for money. Enjoy over 5 years.

Superb Côtes Chalonnaises Les Amourettes from domaine les Champs de l'Abbaye. A racy organic Burgundy wine with lovely tension and length. An excellent introduction to the domaine's wines

Les Mûres du Clos des Rocs is a great Pouilly-Loché, a superb parcel of very high quality: this organic wine is made from chardonnay. It is racy and elegant, with good concentration. It develops aromas typical of great Burgundies, with notes of yellow fruit and hints of butter and toast. Great aging potential!

Montagne du domaine Champy is a white Haute-Cotes-de-Beaune made from lovely parcels in Altitude. A fresh, elegant Chardonnay, a model of its kind, worked biodynamically.

This Rully from Domaine Gouffier reveals a very light yellow color. A cuvée with lemony, floral fragrances surfing on a mineral, digestible body.

Fine, elegant, light yellow color reminiscent of lily of the valley and juicy pear. Complex, rich and balanced, it finishes on a saline note.

Irancy les Mazelots du domaine Goisot has ruby hues. On the nose, it releases scents of wild berries, spices, licorice and a hint of roasting. On the palate, you'll discover its fullness and elegance, underlined by fine tannins and liquorice and jammy notes.

This Chorey-lès-Beaune from the domaine Chapuis Frères is an elegant Burgundy. This natural red wine develops notes of ripe red fruit, such as cherry and strawberry, with hints of sweet spice and undergrowth. Harmonious on the palate, with supple tannins and freshness. The finish is long and fruity, with a subtle hint of spice.

The Mercurey La Charmée du domaine Gouffier has a deep color and develops red and black fruit notes on the nose. The palate reveals itself to be ample and generous, endowed with fine, silky tannins.

The cuvée saint-Urbain rouge from domaine Jean Fournier is a lovely Marsannay on the finesse side. This organic Burgundy wine has lovely volume on the palate and a lovely sweetness. An ideal introduction to Côte de Nuits wines. The 2022 vintage is very successful, with expressive fruit! Great value for money!

The Mercurey les Buissières du domaine Gouffier has a flowery nose of honeysuckle and boxwood. On the palate, this chiselled wine develops on notes of dry apricot and gives way to a salivating finish. A lovely gourmet wine.

En Chantone du Clos des Rocs

is a lovely Pouilly-Loché from Clos des Rocs made from vines over 90 years old! This wine is fine, complex, elegant and has great length. A great wine from the Côte Chalonnaise.

The Chablis from Domaine Bessin Tremblay is a model of its kind: it has a light yellow color with green highlights. The nose is complex, developing notes of white fruits, spices, fresh herbs and flowers. On the palate, the attack is fresh with flavors of white fruit, citrus and spices, offering a beautiful intensity and great length.

This Montagny blanc du domaine Aline Beauné is a spawning success. This organic wine is sober, fresh and greedy, with fruity notes and a chiseled finish. A superb wine for discovering the domaine's style.

This Macon-Lugny from the domaine Jean-Marc Boillot is a real success. This Burgundy wine develops aromas of lime and tropical fruit with hints of brioche. On the palate, the wine has a creamy texture, well balanced by appetizing acidity.

There's no such thing as a little Pouilly at Domaine Cornin. This Pouilly-Fuissé village 2022 is luscious, fruity and beautifully elegant. A model of the appellation at an affordable price given the quality of the wine produced.
