Bois moi du Chemin des rêves is a buddy wine, to be drunk on the fruit, slightly refreshed. On the nose, this organic Languedoc wine opens with fruity notes, laurel, tapenade (black olive), and some black fruit (blackberry). The palate is fruity, both aromatically and flavor-wise. The attack is slightly fresh and supple. Then the palate remains balanced between thirst-quenching sensation and suppleness. The tannins are rich, without astringency.

The cuvée Authentique rouge from Domaine de l'Arbussèle is a superb organic Faugères. The nose is expressive and fruity. On the palate it reveals the power of the terroir, developing on notes of black fruits, olives and garrigues. Good length.

This Chardonnay from the domaine des Homs is a superb dry white organic wine. Fruity and gourmand, it declines on notes of white and yellow fruits, keeping a beautiful balance despite its southern character. A great bargain!

Abracadabra rouge du Chemin des rêves opens with notes of licorice, sweet spices and ripe fruit. After aeration, we discover intense floral notes (iris), crossed with pepper and black cherry. The palate is fleshy and fresh, with well-coated tannins and good consistency. Persistent retro-olfaction of prune. Excellent value for money

The cuvée Jean Pull du domaine des Soulanes is a cuperbe Côtes du Roussillon villages. The wine is expressive on the nose with notes of black fruit. The palate is structured and powerful, with notes of black fruit and smoke. Very good length

The cuvée Les Toiles du Domaine d'Agarrus is a real big favorite. This organic wine from the Duchy of Uzès is made from carignan, cinsault, grenache and syrah lovingly worked organically, harvested by hand, vinified in the most natural way possible. The result is a wine full of character, complex, powerful and long, but with an astonishing freshness. This is a not-to-be-missed opportunity to discover the Domaine d'Agarrus, masterfully managed by Serge Scherrer!

Abracadabra rosé du Chemin des rêves is an invigorating rosé, with red fruit and citrus aromas and a pleasantly fresh, long finish. Enjoy it as an aperitif, with exotic dishes or grilled meats.

A superbDuché d'Uzes from Mas Bres: a powerful Languedoc organic wine with a great personality. It develops on notes of intense black fruits, cocoa. Good length.

This white organic wine from Château de Caraguilhes has a beautifully complex nose between white fruit and the mineral side of the wine. It develops on notes of almond blossom, white peach and apricot underlined on the second nose by light citrus scents. The palate is full and silky, with a lovely freshness. Citrus fruits are present, accompanied by a hint of acacia and fennel. A well-balanced organic wine with good length at the back of the palate.

The Origines cuvée from domaine Bertrand Bergé features floral and candied fruit notes. The palate is round and soft, with intense fruit and greedy tannins.

Clin d'oeil du Mas des Chimères is a cuvée of cinsaut. Fruity and greedy, it's a charming and bewitching cuvée. The grape variety's small yields produce a silky, long-lasting wine, ideal for buffets and white meats.

This blanc cuvée Essencial from domaine des Schistes has all the gourmandise we've come to expect from southern wines, without ever lapsing into loudeness. This cuvée essencial, a blend of vermentino, grenache and maccabeu, is rich and very fruity. A lovely organic aperitif wine, it will also be at home with summer dishes (antipasti, salads...)

The Cuvée Le Mas from Mas Clavel has a garnet-red color with purplish highlights. The nose of this organic Languedoc wine is intense, with notes of red fruits, and spices. Ideal for a charcuterie plank or simply as an aperitif with friends!

Grimaudes du domaine Kreydenweiss is made by Emmanuelle Kreydenweiss . The nose is fruity and delicate. The palate is greedy and concentrated, with lovely mellow tannins. Excellent value for money.

Domaine Lédogar's Mariole is a Southern wine that plays on softness and roundness. The tannins are smooth and elegant, and the ripe fruit notes are bewitching. A real favorite!

The Ugni blanc cuvée from Château Armoria is a confidential white made from 100% ugni blanc. The nose develops notes of citrus, verbena. The palate is fruity and mineral, with a lovely liveliness. We love it!

We were thrilled by the cuvée Antonyme 2023 from the domaine Canet Valette. The nose is expressive with red fruits and spices. The palate is round and greedy; it also has a very nice mache. A superb vintage for this cuvée.

The cuvée Tradition du Pin des Marguerites is a lovely, supple Saint-Chinian. This organic wine from a fresh schist terroir develops garrigue and red fruit notes, with smoky touches. Supple tannins on the palate. Fresh, balanced finish!

Essencial Rouge 2024 is the heart of the Domaine des Schistes — "the very essence of the estate," a blend from the schist-covered hillsides planted with local grape varieties amidst the garrigue of Tautavel.

Deep garnet color. Expressive nose with intense red fruit notes, such as blackcurrant, and spices. Smooth on the palate, with volume and liveliness, a savory tannic structure, and a persistent, savory finish. Serve between 14 and 17 °C.

Lladoner pelut, Carignan, Grenache Noir, and a touch of Cinsault; Ecocert organic since 2010. Schist-rich marl, south-facing slopes, Tautavel commune, heart of the garrigue, early ripening. Destemmed harvest, 10-day maceration with light daily wetting, racking to air after malolactic fermentation, aged in cement tanks, no racking or sulfiting before bottling.

Best enjoyed 2024–2029.

The Cuvée Tian Ran from Château de Caraguilhes has an intense nose that develops on notes of thyme, rosemary and raspberry. This organic, no-sulfur-added wine has a round, gourmet mouthfeel, with aromas of red fruits. Superb!

The Cazalet 2022 du domaine Saint-Antonin offers a beautiful dark ruby color, with a limpid disk and purplish highlights. Its nose is fruity, slightly compote-like, and spicy; it reveals a lovely freshness. The palate is full-bodied and well-balanced, with fruit, prune and licorice aromas and a long finish. Cuvée Cazalet is the estate's "Tradition" wine, representative of the schist terroir and made from a blend of old vines planted in the communes of Cabrerolles, Autignac and Laurens.

The cuvée Essencial rouge du domaine des Schistes is from a terroir of schist marl slopes and clay-limestone plateau in the commune of Tautavel. The wine is quite expressive with notes of black fruit and zan. The palate is smooth, well-balanced and quite complex: spices (pepper) mingle with black fruits (blackberry). Good length. Good value for money.
