The Cazalet 2022 du domaine Saint-Antonin offers a beautiful dark ruby color, with a limpid disk and purplish highlights. Its nose is fruity, slightly compote-like, and spicy; it reveals a lovely freshness. The palate is full-bodied and well-balanced, with fruit, prune and licorice aromas and a long finish. Cuvée Cazalet is the estate's "Tradition" wine, representative of the schist terroir and made from a blend of old vines planted in the communes of Cabrerolles, Autignac and Laurens.

The cuvée Essencial rouge du domaine des Schistes is from a terroir of schist marl slopes and clay-limestone plateau in the commune of Tautavel. The wine is quite expressive with notes of black fruit and zan. The palate is smooth, well-balanced and quite complex: spices (pepper) mingle with black fruits (blackberry). Good length. Good value for money.

This cuvée 6 rats noirs du domaine le Conte de Floris is a superb organic wine made from Syrah. A floral wine, with notes of rose petals and red fruit. Very silky tannins!

The blanquette de Limoux from Maison Antech is pale yellow with golden highlights. On the palate, the bubbles are fine; it develops on notes of spring flowers and orchard fruits. Harmonious, round and well-balanced on the palate.

Superb Petites bulles from Domaine des Homs , made from Muscat grapes. Fruity, gourmand, low in alcohol and slightly sweet, this bubbly is equally at home as an aperitif and with dessert!

Mon p'tit Pithon blanc Domaine Olivier Pithon is a pretty, versatile buddy wine.Fleshy, gourmand, Olivier Pithon wines stand out for their freshness. This white is greedy, fruity, with notes of yellow and white fruit. Sunshine in the glass.

Les griottiers du Mas de la Seranne will surprise you with its smooth tannins and intense fruit. This organic wine develops notes of ripe fruit and cherry. A favorite during our tasting, seduced by the wine's silkiness and fruitiness. Superb.

Yo no puedo Mas du Mas d'Agalis is a magnificent natural wine. On the nose, it develops notes of red fruits, violets and spices. The palate is supple, greedy and digestible, with notes of garrigue and spices. A superb success.

The Cuvée Paul from domaine des Homs is a red-fruit-dominated Minervois that can be enjoyed decanted in its second year. You can also forget it in your cellar and enjoy it for a few years. Made from Syrah and a little Grenache, this organic wine develops notes of black fruit and spices, with good concentration and freshness. Great value for money!

A magnificent white full of personality and ardor. This white from Mas des Chimères is rare and bewitching: floral, spicy and gourmand, it's a southern white of beautiful elegance. A lovely gastronomic white to be sure!

Singulier du Clos des Boutes is a powerful yet elegant organic Costières de Nimes. This organic wine develops aromas of red fruits and spices. Good length.

Les Traverses du Domaine de Courbissac is a magnificent Minervois. In this lovely 2022 vintage, this organic wine opens with aromas of bright red fruits, sweet spices and aromatic herbs. On the palate, it offers roundness, silky tannins and a freshness that makes it highly drinkable. Ideal with grilled meats, Mediterranean dishes or fine charcuterie. Good overall balance for this excellent value for money.

L'insoumis du domaine d'Agarrus is the estate's 100% carignan cuvée. This organic Cévennnes wine has a pleasant, easy and fresh structure, with mellow tannins. The palate reveals lovely notes of red fruit and spices. A fine expression of the Carignan grape, full of deliciousness, fluidity and balance.

Presbytère blanc du Mas d'Alezon is a superb southern white. Fresh and greedy, it develops on notes of grapefruit and white fruit. A fine introduction to the domaine's wines.

The Pur C cuvée from Clos de la Barthassade is a superb cinsault wine, gourmand and fresh, to be drunk on the fruit. A juicy wine that develops on notes of raspberries and strawberries. We crunch the grapes!

The cuvée H du Clos de la Barthassade is a fruity wine dominated by Syrah. This fresh cuvée should be drunk over 5 years with red meats or barbecues. The nose develops notes of black fruit and smoke, typical of Syrah. On the palate, with silky tannins, this wine is delicious and fresh. Black fruits, spices and orange peel combine to create a superb bouquet. Fresh, precise finish. Great value for money!

The Petit Clos du Clos Maïa has a very fragrant nose with notes of black fruit. The palate shows a beautiful balance, typical of the 2022 vintage. The wine develops notes of black fruit and sweet spices, all supported by silky tannins. A very lovely Languedoc wine that is approachable in its youth.

The Aura du Château Armoria cuvée is 100% Grenache. This new Château cuvée comes from a very high-quality plot. The wine has an expressive, elegant nose of sweet spices. On the palate, it's round, greedy and velvety. A hint of Chateauneuf in this wine! A great success!
