The Grand Carré du Mas d'Agalis is a magnificent natural dry white wine from the Languedoc. This barrel-aged organic wine is both complex and digestible, floral and powerful. A superb discovery!

The Le Presbytère du Mas d'Alezon is a high-flying Faugères vinified with the minimum possible sulfur. The nose is complex, with prunes, cherries and spices. On the palate, we find the freshness and elegance of C. Roque wines. Good length. The 2023 vintage is characterized by bright fruit and great delicacy. A lovely bottle to wait 6 months before tasting!

In black and white from the Domaine de Clovallon reveals an expressive nose, dominated by notes of red berries, citrus zest and white flowers. The palate is elegant and silky, with lovely freshness and a subtly spicy finish. Its versatility makes it an excellent choice to accompany fusion cuisine dishes, white meats or mature cheeses.

Le trou de l'Ermite du Château de Caraguilhes possesses a dense nose marked by beautiful fruit full of freshness. It develops on deep notes of blackberry and licorice, followed by rosemary and thyme. The palate is round and full-bodied, underlined by dark berry aromas and hints of black tapenade. The freshness of the mid-palate gives the wine real personality. The Cazalet 2023 du domaine Saint-Antonin offers a beautiful dark ruby color, with a limpid disk and purplish highlights. Its nose is fruity, slightly compote-like, and spicy; it reveals a lovely freshness. The palate is full-bodied and well-balanced, with fruit, prune and licorice aromas and a long finish. Cuvée Cazalet is the estate's "Tradition" wine, representative of the schist terroir and made from a blend of old vines planted in the communes of Cabrerolles, Autignac and Laurens.

The Tour de Pierre cuvée is an intense organic red wine, opening with notes of olive, licorice and spice that evolve into nuances of red fruit and redcurrant. The palate is well-balanced, full-bodied, with a beautiful tannic structure, where the spice and licorice notes felt on the nose can be found again.

This Crémant de Limoux from Domaine Antech showcases the Chardonnay grape variety, giving this cuvée undeniable elegance and charming brioche notes. The fine bubbles are perfectly suited to an aperitif.

The cuvée les Ombelles du Mas de la Seranne is a superb white Languedoc. Luscious and fruity, it's well-balanced enough to accompany aperitifs as well as white meats and fish in sauce. Sunshine to drink.

The Compagnon du Domaine Lédogar is a great Corbières. The color is concentrated, with light ruby highlights. The nose is floral, evoking black fruit buds. The palate is explosive, with notes of black fruit and liquorice. A superb success.

Nuit Grave du Mas des Chimères is a blended wine, with a majority of Syrah, Grenache and a little Mourvèdre. This wine has great complexity with smooth tannins, a fresh, gourmet wine. It's a wine for laying down (8 to 10 years without fear) while still being accessible in its youth, to be accompanied throughout its evolution over time.

Eolienne blanc du Mas d'Espanet has a beautiful yellow color. This organic wine features aromas of citrus, white flowers, peach and spices. A highly aromatic wine that stays fresh on the palate thanks to a blend in which each grape variety brings its own typicity while blending harmoniously.

Les Carlines 2022 du Mas Haut Buis is a superb vintage that develops on notes of blood orange, redcurrant and crushed blueberry on the nose. Eolienne rouge du Mas d'Espanet is made from the estate's old Grenache and Carignan vines. This full-bodied organic wine offers a superb array of small black fruits. Tender and delicate on the palate, it finishes with a hint of menthol. Lots of freshness and delicacy for a very accessible wine.

The cuvée Salines du domaine des Soulanes is a Côtes du Roussillon villages with a strong identity. The wine is powerful on the nose, with notes of very ripe fruit. The palate is greedy, long and structured, with mellow tannins. Powerful and masterful!

Belladonna du Domaine Saint Daumary is a superb Pic-Saint-Loup. The nose is expressive, with notes of red fruits and spices. The palate is supple, gourmand and slender. Superb balance. Good value for money.

Coumeille du domaine des Schistes is a plot with an overwhelming majority of Syrah. This organic Roussillon wine develops aromas of black fruits and spices, all resting on a fine structure. A good decanting is recommended for this wine with a strong personality A great success to be drunk over 10 years!

Utopie 12 du Chemin des rêves is wine declined as Vin de France because of its originality. The nose is toasty, developing aromas of macerated fruit and notes of undergrowth. The attack is frank, and the palate is tannic, powerful and complex, made for ageing. The finish is smoky. A superb success!

Une et Mille nuits du domaine Canet Valette is a very successful Saint-Chinian. The nose is very aromatic with notes of black cherries and flowers (violets). The palate is greedy, concentrated but balanced, with fruity and spicy notes. This organic wine has excellent freshness and good length. A model Saint-Chinian.
