The Big Gilou from domaine Gilles Troullier is a magnificent bottle! Pure Grenache, this natural wine is gently vinified to produce a light, silky red with little color. Crisp red fruit, floral notes, great clarity and silky tannins. This Southern wine is a real treat!

Superb Maury grenat du domaine des Soulanes, intense, straightforward, elegant. In this beautiful natural sweet wine, the fruit asserts itself from the outset, between black cherry and slightly peppery blackcurrant. A superb palate, on fleshy fruit and licorice, the whole disposing of a beautiful freshness.

The

cuvée 100% vieux cinsaults produced by the Domaine D'Aupilhac

is a real treat. This wine features aromas of red fruits, cherries and morello cherries. It's very greedy, with a fresh finish. The whole is underpinned by very soft tannins. We recommend drinking it as an aperitif, but also with white meats or grilled red meats.

Casot d'en Gorat is a magnificent cuvée, this parcel selection from the domaine des Schistes. A blend of wood-aged Grenache Blanc and Grenache Gris. A wine of lovely intensity, fresh and complex.

A superb white Maury from Domaine des Soulanes, which develops on notes of exotic fruit, citrus and honey; the palate is round and balanced, with sugar never dominating. Superb length and great finesse!

Cuvée Navis is a superb Languedoc organic wine. Made for ageing, this cuvée develops on the nose with notes of morello cherries, blackberry and white pepper. On the palate, silky tannins give way to notes of fresh black fruit and sweet spices. Superb length.

Caune d'en Joffre du domaine des Schistes is a plot with an overwhelming majority of Carignan. This organic Roussillon wine has power and complexity, but with the freshness and mintiness given by this superb grape variety. A great success to drink over 10 years!

The cuvée Ancestrale du domaine Bertrand Bergé has a complex nose with notes of blackberry and blackcurrant. The palate is full-bodied with powerful, deep tannins. A superb bottle for laying down.

Petit Merle aux Alouettes is a magnificent organic wine from domaine Alain Chabanon, at once luscious, intense and pulpy. A sure-fire Languedoc value!

Cuvée Agartha du Château Armoria is the estate's great cuvée for laying down: made from carignan and mourvèdre, the attack is gourmand, with notes of black fruits and spices. This organic Minervois wine is beautifully balanced. It will keep for 5 to 7 years in the cellar. A wonderful discovery!

The Bonne Pioche cuvée from domaine Clavel is a superb Pic-Saint-Loup with a purplish color. The nose of this organic wine features notes of peony, violet and garrigue. The palate unfolds with notes of ripe black fruit, spices and licorice. The finish is fresh, gourmand and elegant.

The Clos des Immortelles du Mas de la Seranne is a superb Terrasse du Larzac. The nose of this organic wine develops on complex notes of mocha, zan, sweet spices. The palate is full-bodied and elegant, with a fresh, licorice finish. A great wine to be enjoyed over 5 to 7 years.

Dela from Domaine Gilles Troullier is a supple, juicy natural Roussillon red wine with aromas of red fruits and violets. A delicate, airy Syrah!

Roc du Piere du domaine de Courbissac is a great Minervois for laying down. This organic wine is powerful and structured, developing aromas of black fruits, pepper, cocoa. Superb length. Its aromatic complexity and length make it an ideal wine for dishes in sauce, game or braised meats.

This Orange wine from domaine de Courbissac has plenty of personality. On the nose, it develops notes of infusion, dried apricots and a slight oxidative touch. The palate is vinous and complex, resting on fine, controlled bitters. The mouthfeel is halfway between white and red.

Echappée Belle is an organic Corbières from Château de Caraguilhes dominated by carignan . The nose develops notes of pepper, liquorice and black fruit. On the palate, we find the freshness of the carignan and its red fruit notes. Great length!

Cabretta du Mas d'Alezon is an organic dry white from Faugères. Its nose develops notes of white-fleshed fruit (pear), candied orange and fresh butter. On the palate, this wine combines attractive fruit and freshness, all resting on a fine body. Superb length for this great gastronomic wine.

Gueule de Loup du Chemin des rêves is a great Pic-Saint-Loup. Its color is dark garnet. On the nose, it reveals notes of sweet spices (paprika), crème de cassis and torrefaction. On the palate, it has a lovely full, structured attack. Dense on the palate, without aggressiveness. The finish is long and a guaranteed favorite!

Roc Suzadou du domaine de Courbissac comes from the estate's oldest vines on high-altitude terroirs. The nose of this organic Minervois develops notes of red fruit and morello cherry. On the palate, fruit mingles with aromas of thyme and white pepper. Silky texture and delicate tannins. Superb length. A great gastronomic wine.

Pomarèdes du domaine de Clovallon is a pinot noir with a beautiful personality. This biodynamic wine from the orb valley is barrel-aged: it develops notes of red fruits, spices; the finish is fresh and elegant.

Trigone rouge du domaine du Soula is a gourmet, fruity organic Roussillon wine. This superb wine displays beautiful complexity developing on aromas of dried flowers and leather. On the palate, this Roussillon red wine is full-bodied and rounded. A wonderful discovery.
