This Orange wine from domaine de Courbissac has plenty of personality. On the nose, it develops notes of infusion, dried apricots and a slight oxidative touch. The palate is vinous and complex, resting on fine, controlled bitters. The mouthfeel is halfway between white and red.

Echappée Belle is an organic Corbières from Château de Caraguilhes dominated by carignan . The nose develops notes of pepper, liquorice and black fruit. On the palate, we find the freshness of the carignan and its red fruit notes. Great length!

On the palate, it has a lovely full, structured attack. Dense on the palate, without aggressiveness. The finish is long and a guaranteed favorite!

Roc Suzadou du domaine de Courbissac comes from the estate's oldest vines on high-altitude terroirs. The nose of this organic Minervois develops notes of red fruit and morello cherry. It develops on notes of black fruit, roasting and spices, finishing on balsamic notes. A magnificent cuvée that rivals the appellation's best. Magnificent!
