La Soie rouge du Chemin des rêves is a magnificent Pic-Saint-Loup. It has an intense, complex nose, with aromas of jammy fruit, spices (nutmeg, cloves) and roasting. On the palate, it's opulent, silky and licorice-flavored. It goes well with tasty meats: leg of lamb cooked in rosé, duck with honey and spices, capon with chanterelles.

The Terres rouges cuvée is a new plot-based cuvée from the domaine Antoine Sanzay. This highly ambitious cuvée has a deep, intense black color. The nose is very open on opening, developing notes of black fruit. The palate is complex, with hints of fruit and spice, underpinned by supple, round, high-quality tannins. This organic wine reveals itself to be elegant and refined, characterized by its ruby red color and notes of fresh fruit. This pinot gris vendanges tardives du domaine Stoeffler is made from late-harvested grapes. They are overripe and concentrated by botrytis (noble rot).
