The cuvée La Chapelle du Château Romanin is a superb red Baux-de-Provence. The wine develops on notes of raspberry, blackberry, redcurrant, and some spicy notes such as juniper. On the palate, it reveals itself to be ample and silky on notes of chocolate and tobacco. Very good length.

The cuvée de la Ville de Sanary du Domaibe Ray-Jane is a very pretty Bandol. This organic wine has a beautiful, elegant color; its nose is very fruity and expressive. The palate is fresh, greedy and has good length. A great success!

La Fugue du domaine Hauvette is an organic 100% Vermentino wine, endowed with the freshness of its terroir and the floral and exotic fruit notes typical of the grape variety. It develops beautiful aromas of hawthorn, almond and sweet spices.

Le Roucas, a red cuvée from the domaine Hauvette, features 60% Grenache. More accessible in youth than the estate's other red cuvées, Roucas develops on notes of thyme, mint and cherries. The finish is always fresh and elegant. Light decanting and serving at 15-16° is recommended. A great bottle from Baux de Provence.
