Gueule de Loup du Chemin des rêvesis a great Pic-Saint-Loup. Its color is dark garnet. On the nose, it reveals notes of sweet spices (paprika), crème de cassis and torrefaction. On the palate, it has a lovely full, structured attack. Dense on the palate, without aggressiveness. The finish is long and a guaranteed favorite!
Roc Suzadou du domaine de Courbissac comes from the estate's oldest vines on high-altitude terroirs. The nose of this organic Minervois develops notes of red fruit and morello cherry. On the palate, fruit mingles with aromas of thyme and white pepper. Silky texture and delicate tannins. Superb length. A great gastronomic wine.
Galets rouge du Château Cazebonne develops a fresh, floral expression, with peony and even citrus accents in counterpoint, with suave, almost licorice-like fruit. The nose is already open, with notes of black fruit, spices and a hint of menthol. The palate is full-bodied, long and complex, with diabolical balance. It develops on notes of black fruit, roasting and spices, finishing on balsamic notes. A magnificent cuvée that rivals the appellation's best. Magnificent!
