The Terres rouges cuvée is a new plot-based cuvée from the domaine Antoine Sanzay. This highly ambitious cuvée has a deep, intense black color. The nose is very open on opening, developing notes of black fruit. The palate is complex, with hints of fruit and spice, underpinned by supple, round, high-quality tannins. This pinot gris vendanges tardives du domaine Stoeffler is made from late-harvested grapes. They are overripe and concentrated by botrytis (noble rot). They are produced in very small quantities on our best terroirs. The nose is reminiscent of raisins and quince jam, with hints of apricot.
