The 2019 vintage of Chateau de Valois possesses superb vintage-specific balance: expressive fruit, beautiful substance resting on soft but present tannins. A great organic Bordeaux wine for ageing.

Montcalmés Rouge is one of Languedoc's great wines. On the terroir of Puechabon in AOP Terrasses Du Larzac ,the estate crafts a magnificent wine on finesse, freshness, length and complexity. It develops notes of black fruit and garrigue, with a fresh, airy finish. The silky tannins make it ideal for drinking young.

The cuvée les Laquets du domaine Cosse et Maisonneuve is a magnificent Cahors with great ageing potential: the nose is fruity and spicy, intense; the palate reveals itself to be dense, with liquorice, fruit and woody aspects. Superb length.

The cuvée Vieilles Vignes du domaine Gauby is beautifully racy. The nose is complex with notes of black fruits and spices. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, echoing the aromas of the nose, with great length. A wine still a long way from its peak. Magnificent!

Pom'n'roll is a modern, atypical Pomerol! A blend of Merlot and Malbec, this organic Pomerol has an expressive nose with notes of black fruit and pepper. The palate is voluminous, fleshy and greedy. This lovely vintage promises good cellaring for the most patient!

The château Mazères has a pure, airy nose with soft notes of red cherry and strawberry. On the palate, the wine is elegant, resting on fine tannins and crisp acidity. 2019 is a great success, with good cellaring potential. A classic Pomerol on finesse, we love it!

A Côte de Nuits village from Domaine David Duband vinified with 80% whole grapes. This magnificent Burgundy develops on notes of red and black fruits (blackcurrant, raspberry), all resting on silky tannins. A magnificent bottle.

Superb Aloxe Corton du domaine Pavelot all elegance and finesse. This organic Burgundy wine develops floral (rose) and fruity (blackcurrant, blackberry) notes. Superb overall balance.

The Saint-Joseph reflet du domaine François Villard possesses lovely substance and concentration. This Rhone Valley wine is elegant, developing notes of white pepper, raspberry, cedar and spices. To be enjoyed over 10 years! Guide des meilleurs vins de France 2021 : 94/100

Like the 2019, the 2022 vintage Autour de Jonquières du Mas Jullien is built for cellaring. Like all vintages, you'll have to be patient and wait a decade or so to enjoy this wine, which develops notes of red fruits and light spices. A benchmark for the region.

The cuvée Saint Ferréol du Domaine de la Tour du Bon is a Bandol est de grande garde. This organic wine is powerful, structured, rigorous and spicy. RVF : 95/100

Brise Cailloux is a magnificent Cornas from Domaine du Coulet. Matthieu Barret produces a digestible, complex wine here, with floral, spicy and blood orange notes. Superb!

Burdin Harria is a new wine produced by Arretxea Estate. This red wine comes from a plot of ophit (volcanic soil). Aged for 18 months in barrels, its nose unfolds with notes of blackberries and black cherries. The palate is dense, rich, and has a lovely finish!

The Fergaria cuvée from the Domaine de Cébène has delicate smoky aromas that hint at the best that Mourvèdre can give on this schist terroir, with fruitiness that's not overly exuberant. Aromas of fruit (raspberry, blackcurrant), sweet, bewitching spices and hints of garrigue follow through on a smooth, silky palate. The whole is a prodigy of balance. Felgaria will be enjoyed with relish in its youth, but it's also a wine for great cellaring. The Cuvée Des Clous du Mas Calvel is the estate's grand cuvée. The nose of this organic Pic-Saint-Loup is charming; it develops on notes of cherry, black pepper, licorice. The palate is velvety, resting on silky but present tannins. Magnificent long, greedy finish.

This cuvée les Longeroies du domaine Jean Fournier is superb in 2022. It expresses itself on notes of red fruit, zan, blackcurrant burgundy. The smooth texture is very silky and gives a lot of femininity to this organic wine, even though it has a nice structure.

Croix Sorine 2023 from vignobles Ludovic Pierrot is a magnificent parcel. Pinot noir expresses itself with great elegance and finesse. The wine reveals notes of black fruit, with a fresh, precise finish. Enjoy over 7 years.

La dame de Onze Heure is a rare and tasty Saint-Emilion Grand Cru! This organic wine develops notes of red fruit and mocha; the palate is supple and elegant. The key word is freshness and length for this fine cuvée, which is accessible in its youth after a good decanting. An atypical and fine Saint-Emilion Grand Cru, this lady of Onze Heure. A charming, fresh 2021 vintage. A great, easily digestible wine!

Lous Rougeos 2021 from Mas Jullien — “a mischievous vintage, the king’s jester in a suit and tie, as serious as it is profound,” according to Olivier Jullien — the result of 15 years of work to restore this abandoned high-altitude vineyard.

The color is deep garnet. The nose is very expressive, blending crushed raspberry, chicory, game, dark chocolate, graphite, and leather. The palate is penetrating and juicy, focused on intense black fruits, supported by firm yet smooth tannins. Decant before serving; serve between 14 and 15 °C.

50% old Carignan, 30% Syrah, 20% Grenache (organic), grown on limestone scree at 400 m, Saint-Privat.
