The 2024 Pernand-Vergelesses Village Red is all elegance and indulgence—a superb introduction to the appellation, at a reasonable price.

Deep color. Very expressive nose dominated by blackcurrant. Round on the palate, with present yet subtle tannins; good aging potential. Serve at 16°C.

100% organic Ecocert Pinot Noir, clay-limestone and silty-clay soils. Hand-harvested, gentle maceration for 3 to 5 days, alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in open concrete tanks for approximately 16 days.

Pairings: red meat, poultry. Aging potential: 5 to 10 years.

The Boda du domaine d'Aupilhac is the marriage is the terroir of Cocalières and that of Aupilhac. This biodynamic wine combines the freshness of Cocalières and the power of Aupilhac. A racy, full-bodied, harmonious wine to be enjoyed over 15 years in this 2020 vintage of superb freshness and balance.

Le Clos de Magny 2023 is the finest vineyard at Domaine Nicolas Raspiller — "the estate’s finest bottle, everything we love in a Burgundian Pinot: crispness, tension, finesse, and a savory finish."

The color is intense and brilliant. The nose is very expressive with notes of black cherry and morello cherry, with a fresh, spicy, herbal undertone. The palate is round and velvety, coating the mouth, with fine tannins and a savory, long finish. Serve at 15–16 °C.

100% organic Pinot Noir, vines planted in 1968, hard Upper Bathonian limestone, Corgoloin, 300 m, east-facing. Whole-cluster fermentation in concrete tanks, aged for 10 months in barrels over 5 years old, gravity racking, unfined and unfiltered.

This Red Burgundy from Domaine Chicotot is made from vines with an average age of 70 years. This highly aromatic red Burgundy blends elegance and structure.

The Clos du Calvaire red is a magnificent Châteauneuf-du-pape: a full, generous wine with aromas of cherries, violets and spices. The palate is suave and balanced, with persistent tannins and notes of ripe fruit. This cuvée shines for its fruit finesse and harmony on the palate.

This Chateauneuf-du-Pape red from Domaine Usseglio 2022 has an open nose with notes of cocoa and roasting. On the palate, the wine has a fine, delicate attack. This Chateauneuf-du-Pape develops notes of cocoa, toast and sweet spices. A few more years will allow it to truffle. Excellent value for money. Wine advocate : 90-92 Robinson : 16.5

Rozeta is a superb Corbières from domaine Maxime Magnon. This fruit-filled organic wine knows how to be greedy and complex: it develops on notes of red fruit, garrigue and thyme. We appreciate the balance of this cuvée, which remains soft and digestible.

The Grand Chaliot cuvée from Domaine Hubert Lignier is a cuvée from vines planted in 1987 south of Nuits-saint-Georges. This cuvée develops intense notes of ripe red fruit, flowers and spices. On the palate, this magnificent red Burgundy is silky, with good acidity and a long, elegant finish.

Clos Venturi rouge is one of the great Corsican wines. This organic wine, supple and silky, develops on notes of black fruits, spices, zan. Superb length!

Campagnes de domaine Maxime Magnon is a great Corbières made from old estate carignan. Maxime sublimates this grape variety, creating a very velvety wine that develops on notes of sweet spices and cooked red fruits. Powerful, racy and firm, the Haitza vintage from domaine Arretxea is a great Irouleguy for laying down. The wine is based on a fine proportion of tannat, which helps it to stand the test of time. It's an ideal accompaniment to red meats, game and dishes in sauce. A sure value from the South-West.

Magnificent Cinsault du domaine Hauvette, all finesse. The nose develops notes of raspberry, garrigue, almond, hazelnut and morello cherry. Full-bodied and fresh on the palate. A lovely finish of gourmandise.

The 2019 vintage of Chateau de Valois possesses superb vintage-specific balance: expressive fruit, beautiful substance resting on soft but present tannins. A great organic Bordeaux wine for ageing.

Montcalmés Rouge is one of Languedoc's great wines. On the terroir of Puechabon in AOP Terrasses Du Larzac ,the estate crafts a magnificent wine on finesse, freshness, length and complexity. It develops notes of black fruit and garrigue, with a fresh, airy finish. The silky tannins make it ideal for drinking young.

The cuvée les Laquets du domaine Cosse et Maisonneuve is a magnificent Cahors with great ageing potential: the nose is fruity and spicy, intense; the palate reveals itself to be dense, with liquorice, fruit and woody aspects. Superb length.

The cuvée Vieilles Vignes du domaine Gauby is beautifully racy. The nose is complex with notes of black fruits and spices. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, echoing the aromas of the nose, with great length. A wine still a long way from its peak. Magnificent!

Pom'n'roll is a modern, atypical Pomerol! A blend of Merlot and Malbec, this organic Pomerol has an expressive nose with notes of black fruit and pepper. The palate is voluminous, fleshy and greedy. This lovely vintage promises good cellaring for the most patient!

The château Mazères has a pure, airy nose with soft notes of red cherry and strawberry. On the palate, the wine is elegant, resting on fine tannins and crisp acidity. 2019 is a great success, with good cellaring potential. A classic Pomerol on finesse, we love it!

The cuvée Vieilles Vignes du domaine Gauby is beautifully racy. The nose is complex with notes of black fruits and spices. A Côte de Nuits village from Domaine David Duband vinified with 80% whole grapes. This magnificent Burgundy develops on notes of red and black fruits (blackcurrant, raspberry), all resting on silky tannins. A magnificent bottle.

Superb Aloxe Corton du domaine Pavelot all elegance and finesse. This organic Burgundy wine develops floral (rose) and fruity (blackcurrant, blackberry) notes. Superb overall balance.
