Magnificent Cinsault du domaine Hauvette, all finesse. The nose develops notes of raspberry, garrigue, almond, hazelnut and morello cherry. Full-bodied and fresh on the palate. A lovely finish of gourmandise.

This Rully Premier cru Chapitre from the domain Jaeger-Defaix is an enormous treat. The Pinot expresses itself magnificently on notes of cherry and blackcurrant, and the wine has a real velvet texture. Don't hesitate for a moment, the quality/price ratio is superb!

This trousseau from the domain Tissot develops on notes of red fruit, (Morello cherry) and spices. Fine, elegant tannins on the palate. A very fine introduction to this delicate grape variety.

The château Mazères 2020 is a great Pomerol in a great vintage . It has a pure, airy nose with soft notes of red cherry and strawberry. On the palate, the wine is elegant, resting on fine tannins and elegant silkiness. 2020 is an outstanding success, with great cellaring potential. A classic Pomerol on finesse, we love it!

The cuvée les Laquets du domaine Cosse et Maisonneuve is a magnificent Cahors with great ageing potential: the nose is fruity and spicy, intense; the palate reveals itself to be dense, with liquorice, fruit and woody aspects. Superb length.

The cuvée Vieilles Vignes du domaine Gauby is beautifully racy. The nose is complex with notes of black fruits and spices. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, echoing the aromas of the nose, with great length. A wine still a long way from its peak. Magnificent!

Pom'n'roll is a modern, atypical Pomerol! A blend of Merlot and Malbec, this organic Pomerol has an expressive nose with notes of black fruit and pepper. The palate is voluminous, fleshy and greedy. This lovely vintage promises good cellaring for the most patient!

The Fergaria cuvée from the Domaine de Cébène has delicate smoky aromas that hint at the best that Mourvèdre can give on this schist terroir, with fruitiness that's not overly exuberant. The Cuvée Des Clous du Mas Calvel is the estate's grand cuvée. The nose of this organic Pic-Saint-Loup is charming; it develops on notes of cherry, black pepper, licorice. The palate is velvety, resting on silky but present tannins. Magnificent long, greedy finish.

This cuvée les Longeroies du domaine Jean Fournier is superb in 2022. It expresses itself on notes of red fruit, zan, blackcurrant burgundy. The smooth texture is very silky and gives a lot of femininity to this organic wine, even though it has a nice structure.
