La Souteronne from domaine Hervé Souhaut is a superb Gamay. An airy, natural wine, developing on notes of cherry, bramble, sweet licorice. On the palate, it's silky, fresh, limpid, more infused than full-bodied, endowed with singular intensity.

Hervé Souhaut's Syrah is a deep, intense yet digestible wine. This natural wine is aged in infusion, then slowly matured, often in old wood. Its granite terroir produces a fine, straightforward wine, with a juicy, fluid body. On the palate, it develops notes of fresh black fruits, violets and a touch of white pepper. A rare elegance!

In a very fine vintage, the cuvée domaine du Domaine Combier is another great success. The wine is powerful, racy, spicy, with notes of black fruit and pepper. Soft but voluminous on the palate. A great organic wine to accompany dishes in sauce or red meats, for example.

The Saint-Peray Version du domaine François Villard is made predominantly from marsanne. This Rhone Valley wine has that extra touch of vivacity that makes this cuvée so charming, even in hot years. A lovely gastronomic wine that awaits baked fish, for example.

This white Crozes-Hermitage from Domaine Combier is a magnificent organic white from the Rhône Valley. It has a seductive bouquet on woody and pear notes, punctuated by fresh almonds on honeyed touches. The palate is rich, with voluptuous fruit and fresh saline bitters

An intense, silky Saint-Joseph that needs 2-3 years to open up fully. Patience, this Syrah from Domaine du Coulet is a nugget!

From plots overlooking the Rhone, Rodolphe Duculty vinifies and ages this powerful, generous Saint-Joseph blanc partly in barrel, giving it lovely complexity and a fine balance between sweetness and freshness, with a slight sapidity. The Austral cuvée from Ferme Saint-Martin is a blanc de macération, otherwise known as an orange wine. This gourmet organic wine develops complex notes of spices, curry, candied apricot and peach. A beautifully structured white wine that will pair superbly with creamy poultry or cheeses, for example.

La Calade du Mas de Libian is a powerful, wild organic wine, made predominantly from mourvèdre. A wine to enjoy with winter dishes, game and mushrooms.

Alchimie rouge is a lovely Chateauneuf du Pape produced by the Domaine des 3 Celliers. This organic wine reveals itself to be elegant and refined, characterized by its ruby red color and notes of fresh fruit. Its luscious tannic structure makes it ideal for drinking young, but does not detract from its ageing potential. Its freshness and well-integrated 14.50% are appreciated.

The cuvée les Pends du Domaine des Entrefaux has superb substance. This organic wine produced on the Crozes-Hermitage terroir deserves a few years of cellaring to develop its full complexity. It develops notes of black fruit and pepper: a lovely, racy bottle that awaits a woodcock over a wood fire or, more simply, a fine piece of meat with pepper.

The Cuvée Sainte-Agathe from Domaine Georges Vernay is a superb wine from the Northern Rhône Valley. This organic wine has lovely depth and freshness, giving it tremendous charm. It develops on notes of black fruits and spices, pepper, typical of Syrah.

The Pied de Samson from Domaine Georges Vernay has a nose with intense aromas of white flowers, peach, apricot, and a touch of minerality. Beautiful roundness on the palate, balanced by pleasant freshness. Fruity and floral flavors dominate.

This magnificent Chateauneuf-du-Pape, Marceau du Domaine des 3 Celliers, is excellent value for money. Its nose develops notes of blackberry, eucalyptus and black truffle. The palate is harmonious, concentrated and silky, with notes of blackberry, eucalyptus and black truffle. Silky, elegant tannins. Parker : 94-96/100
