With the Pinot Gris Grand Cru du domaine Etienne Loew, Pinot gris grand cru ENGELBERG, we're in the upper part of the Engelberg grand cru with a muschelkalck veneer on Oolythic limestone pebbles. The vines, planted in 1989, are in their prime. This situation allows for physiological ripeness with lower alcoholic potential. This terroir always produces easily digestible wines. A superb Crémant du Jura porduced by the domaine Tissot. An airy Crémant with notes of white fruit. The nose develops pretty floral aromas of lime blossom and jasmine, followed by brioche notes. Frescu from Domaine Vincenti is a superb wine from Crose. This light, fruity red wine develops on delicate aromas of red berries, its subtle spicy notes and thirst-quenching freshness. A 100% Sciaccarellu wine that's very charming and approachable. We love it!
Unu Blanc 2024 is a magnificent dry white from Domaine de Vaccelli. It has a refined nose developing on notes of citrus, white flowers and a touch of fresh almond. On the palate, Vermentinu expresses superb tension, balanced by a full, saline body, marked by maturation in foudre and demi-muid.
The cuvée Les Beauvoirs from domaine Bonnigal-Bodet has a slender balance, with notes of yellow fruit and lightly toasted touches, a soft, long texture, resting on fine bitters on the finish.
