A superb Crémant du Jura porduced by the domaine Tissot. An airy Crémant with notes of white fruit. The nose develops pretty floral aromas of lime blossom and jasmine, followed by brioche notes. Refreshing and fruity, the palate offers lovely minerality with fine, stimulating bubbles. The finish is salivating and juicy.
The Peu Morier from domain Vincent Careme has a nose of great freshness. It features notes of dried fruit, apples and pears. The palate is full-bodied, rich and smooth, with mineral notes on the finish. A great success!
