The cuvée Sarah du domaine Giacometti is a superb organic red wine from Corsica. This wine has a powerful nose with notes of candied cherry, undergrowth and graphite. The palate is dense, resting on present but ripe tannins; long finish on red plum and liquorice.
Chateau Lilian-Ladouys is a superb Saint-Estèphe, with a beautiful gourmand character. It reveals a greedy, crisp structure made of ripe tannins, but also a very refined woodiness that blends perfectly into an explosion of fruity flavors on the palate. Mantoulan is the name of a locality 500 m to the east of Clos Lapeyre. It's an old, renowned wine-growing area that has been replanted at high density with traditional Jurançon grape varieties from massal selection: Petit Manseng, Courbu and Camaralet. On the nose, the wine reveals various very subtle floral notes, with a hint of pomegranate. This terroir offers a complex, elegant aromatic palette. The wine is fine, silky and delicate. A multitude of fruity aromas that bring great greediness.
