Unu Blanc 2024 is a magnificent dry white from Domaine de Vaccelli. It has a refined nose developing on notes of citrus, white flowers and a touch of fresh almond. On the palate, Vermentinu expresses superb tension, balanced by a full, saline body, marked by maturation in foudre and demi-muid.
The cuvée Les Beauvoirs from domaine Bonnigal-Bodet has a slender balance, with notes of yellow fruit and lightly toasted touches, a soft, long texture, resting on fine bitters on the finish.

The cuvée Sarah du domaine Giacometti is a superb organic red wine from Corsica. This wine has a powerful nose with notes of candied cherry, undergrowth and graphite. The palate is dense, resting on present but ripe tannins; long finish on red plum and reglisse.

La cuvée Rémus du Domaine de la Taille aux Loupspossesses a lovely nose of white-fleshed fruit (peach, apricot) and flowers (acacia). The palate is taut, lively and elegant. Chateau Lilian-Ladouys is a superb Saint-Estèphe, with a beautiful gourmand character. It reveals a greedy, crisp structure made of ripe tannins, but also a very refined woodiness that blends perfectly into an explosion of fruity flavors on the palate. Fresh and elegant in this vintage, this Saint-Estèphe is worthy of the appellation's greatest references. The château has just begun its organic conversion in 2020.

Mantoulan is the name of a locality 500 m to the east of Clos Lapeyre. It's an old, renowned wine-growing area that has been replanted at high density with traditional Jurançon grape varieties from massal selection: Petit Manseng, Courbu and Camaralet. The plot covers 1.60 hectares and produces 4,000 to 6,000 bottles a year. This grand vin de gastromie is long, complex and devilishly well-balanced!
