The Lac aux cochons du Château Combel La Serre is the name of the parcel that gave birth to this cuvée. It develops on notes of redcurrants, plums, spices and licorice. On the palate, the wine is supple and fine, with mellow tannins and a very discreet woodiness despite the twenty-four months in barrel.

The Errotik cuvée from the domaine Bordaxuria is a white Irouleguy from the estate's oldest vines. Made from the 3 grape varieties Petit Manseng, Gros Manseng and Petit Courbu, this cuvée is expressive on the nose with notes of white and yellow fruits. The palate is beautifully expressive, with aromas of buttered apple, quince, white peach and a touch of fresh pineapple. Nice saline finish.

On the 2022 vintage, Au Capceu du Camin Larredya is still a superb bottle. This great Jurançon de garde develops on notes of yellow fruit, exotic fruit, candied lemon. The acidity counterbalances the sugar magnificently. A great wine.
