This Lous Rougeos du Mas Jullien cuvée produces from the last arable land at the foot of the Larzac plateau at 400m altitude. A wine of balance and elegance, with a rare freshness for a Languedoc. It is accessible in its youth, but can be kept for up to ten years.

Pierre de Tuf is the emblematic cuvée of the Domaine de la Noblaie, signed Jérôme Billard in Ligré. Organic Cabernet Franc from two historic parcels - flinty clay and clay-limestone - whose vines are over 80 years old. Vinified in a 15th-century tufa stone vat, hand-punched with a wooden pestle, aged 20 months in barrels and amphorae. A silky, deep red Chinon, made for laying down - 3 to 15 years.

This Sancerre rouge Mainbré du Domaine du Pré Semelé develops on aromas of red fruits, raspberry, strawberry, and elegant oak. This vin bio possesses beautiful concentration, harmony on the palate, where the aromas of the nose are echoed. Nice overall balance.

Les Hauts de Husseau 2024 is the great dry parcel cuvée from Domaine de la Taille aux Loups - the former Remus Plus. Organic Chenin Blanc on the highest slopes of Montlouis, clay-siliceous soil with flint on limestone bedrock. Straightforward, taut, mineral, with remarkable intensity and persistence. Drink between 2025 and 2039.

This Daumas Gassac rouge is a great success from the 2023 vintage: this organic gourmet wine develops notes of mocha, blackcurrant, cocoa, all resting on very elegant, fine tannins. Great length!

Le Mas Daumas Gassac blanc is made from a unique blend of grape varieties: this pure, incredibly fresh Languedoc organic wine develops on notes of yellow fruit, musk and menthol. Superb length. A great gourmet wine to be enjoyed over 15 years.

Petit Magnus from Dominique Andiran's Domaine Haut Campagnau is so named in demanding years. This organic wine offers suppleness and digestibility. It develops notes of ripe red fruit, all resting on a light structure. Very well-balanced.

The Cazalet 2023 du domaine Saint-Antonin offers a beautiful dark ruby color, with a limpid disk and purplish highlights. Its nose is fruity, slightly compote-like, and spicy; it reveals a lovely freshness. The palate is full-bodied and well-balanced, with fruit, prune and licorice aromas and a long finish. Cuvée Cazalet is the estate's "Tradition" wine, representative of the schist terroir and made from a blend of old vines planted in the communes of Cabrerolles, Autignac and Laurens.
