Le Clos des Grives Blanc 2023 is the flagship dry white wine from Domaine Combier—one of the best white wines from Crozes-Hermitage, according to the Revue du Vin de France. Made from 100% Roussanne grown on the clay-limestone plateau with rounded pebbles at Clos des Grives, from 50-year-old vines cultivated organically since 1969. Fermented in barrels, 10% of which are new oak, and aged for 12 months. Full-bodied yet refined, fragrant and long—yellow fruit, honey, fresh almonds, with a mineral finish featuring mouth-watering bitter notes. Best enjoyed within five to ten years.

Altitude 2024 is Domaine Boris Champy’s flagship red wine — “immensely pleasant and refined, a very drinkable wine,” true to the classic image of a good Burgundy.

The color is a brilliant, translucent ruby. The nose reveals stone fruits, with hints of cedar and forest floor. The palate is very expressive with luscious red and black fruits, supported by a lovely, fresh, and crisp underlying acidity. Serve at 15–16 °C.

100% Pinot Noir, Demeter biodynamic, Nantoux, plots at 300–380 m elevation, marl-limestone and flint soils. Gentle extraction, 50% whole-cluster fermentation, aged in large oak vats for 12 months, including 15% in new barrels; unfined and unfiltered.

Emera Rouge 2024 from Domaine Vico takes its name from a wild plant that grows around the vineyard—a rare and meticulously crafted cuvée, made from 100% Sciaccarellu grown on high-altitude blue schist using biodynamic methods.

The color is a luminous, translucent ruby. The nose is very expressive, with notes of raspberry, Mediterranean herbs, and a light floral touch. On the palate, it is fluid and elegant, with fine, silky tannins, vibrant fruit, and a slightly spicy, lingering finish. Serve at 15–16 °C.

Sciaccarellu 100% biodynamic, single vineyard at 290 m elevation facing northeast, blue schist and rounded pebbles, vines over 30 years old, Ponte-Leccia. Full destemming, native yeasts, 2,500-liter old casks, unfined and unfiltered.

Aging potential: 3–6 years.

Sempre Cuntentu — “always happy” in Corsican — is the delightful red wine from Domaine Giacometti, made from Sciaccarellu grapes grown in the Agriates region. This lesser-known Corsican grape variety produces light, spicy wines with notes of pink pepper, strawberry, and garrigue. A far cry from powerful reds: fresh, easy to drink, and perfect with Corsican charcuterie or as a slightly chilled aperitif.

The white wine from the Agriates region of Domaine Giacometti is one of the rare expressions of organic Vermentino from the Patrimonio terroir in northern Corsica. On the rugged clay-limestone soils of the Agriates, swept by sea breezes, this grape variety produces a white wine of remarkable freshness and minerality—with notes of white flowers and citrus, and a slight salty touch on the finish that irresistibly evokes the seaside. Perfect as an aperitif or with seafood, this is a rare and prized Corsican white, best enjoyed in its youth to fully appreciate its vibrancy.

Sirocco Blanc 2023 is Domaine Vaccelli’s exclusive and iconic cuvée — a unique blend of Vermentinu and four extremely rare indigenous Corsican grape varieties, “a true marvel, one of a kind.”

The color is golden yellow with brilliant highlights. The nose is open and very expressive, with notes of acacia, butter, and hazelnut, along with hints of lemon and pomelo. The palate is full-bodied and round, with a beautiful, coating texture, freshness, and a slight bitterness on the finish. Serve at 12–14 °C.

80% Vermentinu, Carcaghjolu Blancu, Riminese, Genovese, and Cudivarta; organic 2019; granitic soils; Taravu Valley. Stockinger casks and demi-muids for 12 months on lees, followed by 7 months in stainless steel tanks.

Aging potential: 5–8 years.

The Granit 174 Rouge 2023 is Domaine Vaccelli’s rarest and most exclusive cuvée — a micro-plot of 0.174 hectares within the Granit plot, with fewer than 300 bottles produced.

The color is an intense ruby with purplish highlights. The nose is very expressive, with red fruit, blood orange, and spicy and floral notes. The palate is delicate, full-bodied, and elegant, with fine, silky tannins and a long, mineral finish. Decant and serve at 16 °C.

Sciaccarellu 20%, Carcaghjolu Neru 40%, Minustellu 40%, organic 2019, granitic soils of Cognocoli-Monticchi. Vinification in tanks with gentle extraction, indigenous yeasts selected from the vineyard, aged for 29 months in demi-muids.

Aging potential: 2025–2031.
