Antonin et Louis du Mas de la Seranne has a complex nose with notes of leather, but also fruit (blackcurrant, blackberry) and spices (pepper, cinnamon). The palate is fleshy and elegant. The tannins of this great Languedoc organic wine are harmonious and supple, supported by a long, fresh, mentholated finish. Magnificent bottle

The nose is very open on opening, developing notes of black fruit. The palate is complex, with hints of fruit and spice, underpinned by supple, round, high-quality tannins. This organic wine reveals itself to be elegant and refined, characterized by its ruby red color and notes of fresh fruit. Its luscious tannic structure makes it ideal for drinking young, but does not detract from its ageing potential. Its freshness and well-integrated 14.50% are appreciated.

This pinot gris vendanges tardives du domaine Stoeffler is made from late-harvested grapes. They are overripe and concentrated by botrytis (noble rot).
