Made from chenin grapes, we feel the vintage effect with a roundness in the wine that testifies to the beautiful maturities of this 2019 year. Chateau Lilian-Ladouys is a superb Saint-Estèphe, with a beautiful gourmand character. It reveals a greedy, crisp structure made of ripe tannins, but also a very refined woodiness that blends perfectly into an explosion of fruity flavors on the palate. Fresh and elegant in this vintage, this Saint-Estèphe is worthy of the appellation's greatest references. The château has just begun its organic conversion in 2020.

Mantoulan is the name of a locality 500 m to the east of Clos Lapeyre. It's an old, renowned wine-growing area that has been replanted at high density with traditional Jurançon grape varieties from massal selection: Petit Manseng, Courbu and Camaralet. The plot covers 1.60 hectares and produces 4,000 to 6,000 bottles a year. This grand vin de gastromie is long, complex and devilishly well-balanced!

Clos Maïa Blanc 2024 is the only white cuvée from Clos Maïa— "a great white wine, precise and refined" according to wine enthusiasts who have followed Géraldine Laval since her early days.
Pale yellow color with silvery highlights. Delicate nose of white flowers (acacia, hawthorn), citrus, candied lemon, vine peach, fennel, and chalky mineral notes. Fresh, briny, and deep on the palate, with excellent drinkability. Serve between 10 and 12 °C.
Chenin, Grenache Gris, Roussanne, and Terret Bourret—blend varies by vintage, Lilian Bérillon mass selections. Limestone scree, Larzac plateau, organic and biodynamic. Hand-harvested into small crates, direct pressing, 24-hour settling by gravity, fermentation and aging for 12 months in demi-muids.
