Abracadabra rouge du Chemin des rêves opens with notes of licorice, sweet spices and ripe fruit. After aeration, we discover intense floral notes (iris), crossed with pepper and black cherry. The palate is fleshy, fresh, with well-coated tannins and good consistency. Persistent retro-olfaction of prune. Excellent value for money

The wine is a feast of domaine Elian Da Ros is a superb fruity wine, gourmand with freshness. It's the kind of wine you'd like to share with friends, with its fruity, slightly spicy notes. Le Vin est une fête is great value for money.

Domaine Lédogar's Mariole is a Southern wine that plays on softness and roundness. The tannins are smooth and elegant, and the ripe fruit notes are bewitching. A real favorite!

We were thrilled by the cuvée Antonyme 2023 from the domaine Canet Valette. The nose is expressive with red fruits and spices. The palate is round and greedy; it also has a very nice mache. A superb vintage for this cuvée.

The cuvée Tradition du Pin des Marguerites is a lovely, supple Saint-Chinian. This organic wine from a fresh schist terroir develops garrigue and red fruit notes, with smoky touches. Supple tannins on the palate. Fresh, balanced finish!

An organic Chinon from Château de Coulaine on fruit and purity. Here, Jean has crafted a wine with length and finesse, highlighting fruit and terroir. The wine reveals blackberry notes with a licorice finish. This Château de Coulaine is a great success!

This IGP des Alpilles du Château Romanin is an organic wine ideal for summer meals. The nose is highly aromatic with notes of black fruits and flowers (violets) as well as licorice. The palate is round and elegant with greedy, smoky flavors.

A superb Beaujolais from the domain Romany all fruit and suppleness. A juicy, mouth-watering Gamay, you can bite into the grape cluster!

The Chardon Masqué 2025 is Domaine Terre des Chardons’ most free-spirited and newest cuvée. This new release puts Cinsault (80%) in the spotlight—ahead of the usual Syrah and Grenache—resulting in a red wine of rare lightness and freshness for the Costières region. Natural winemaking following Demeter biodynamic principles, using indigenous yeasts and aged in concrete tanks.

Deep black fruit, sweet spices, a smooth and airy palate, and barely perceptible tannins. Even more supple and approachable than the Bien Luné.

A red to be enjoyed chilled, right now, with light dishes, cheeses, or as an aperitif.

Essencial Rouge 2024 is the heart of the Domaine des Schistes — "the very essence of the estate," a blend from the schist-covered hillsides planted with local grape varieties amidst the garrigue of Tautavel.

Deep garnet color. Expressive nose with intense red fruit notes, such as blackcurrant, and spices. Smooth on the palate, with volume and liveliness, a savory tannic structure, and a persistent, savory finish. Serve between 14 and 17 °C.

Lladoner pelut, Carignan, Grenache Noir, and a touch of Cinsault; Schist-rich marl, south-facing slopes, Tautavel commune, heart of the garrigue, early ripening. Destemmed harvest, 10-day maceration with light daily wetting, racking to air after malolactic fermentation, aged in cement tanks, no racking or sulfiting before bottling.

The Cazalet 2022 du domaine Saint-Antonin offers a beautiful dark ruby color, with a limpid disk and purplish highlights. Its nose is fruity, slightly compote-like, and spicy; it reveals a lovely freshness. The palate is full-bodied and well-balanced, with fruit, prune and licorice aromas and a long finish. Cuvée Cazalet is the estate's "Tradition" wine, representative of the schist terroir and made from a blend of old vines planted in the communes of Cabrerolles, Autignac and Laurens.

The cuvée Essencial rouge du domaine des Schistes is from a terroir of schist marl slopes and clay-limestone plateau in the commune of Tautavel. The wine is quite expressive with notes of black fruit and zan. The palate is smooth, well-balanced and quite complex: spices (pepper) mingle with black fruits (blackberry). Good length. Good value for money.

The belle amoureuse du Domaine de la Belle is a magnificent Côte de Duras red. At once fresh, powerful and spicy, this organic wine from the South-West is excellent value for money! Don't miss out!

Fruissance du Château les Hauts de Caillevel is a supple, gourmet red Bergerac. A lovely organic Bergerac made from cabernet and merlot, versatile and fruity.

This Baiser retrouvé cuvée is a well-balanced, complex Marcillac. A bottle of the appellation that lacks nothing except a few years of cellaring.

This cuvée 6 rats noirs du domaine le Conte de Floris is a superb organic wine made from Syrah. A floral wine, with notes of rose petals and red fruit. Very silky tannins!

Le temps des cerises du domaine de la Noblaie is a superb, fruity organic Chinon. This cuvée is characterized by soft tannins and intense red fruit notes. Le Temps des Cerises is an ideal entry-level wine at Domaine de la Noblaie.

Bettane et Dessauve 2019: 15/20

Terre de safre du Domaine le Novi red has a brilliant red color with purple highlights. The intense nose develops notes of tart red berries, spices and cocoa. The palate is delicate and velvety, with aromas of cherry, spice and licorice.

Esprit de Doyac is a fruity and silky Haut-Medoc, slightly oaky and with fine tannins.

This Tan'nat cuvee from domaine Labranche-Laffont is a new cuvée from the estate. Sulfur-free and 100% tannat, this organic wine is digestible, gourmand and fruity, the opposite of many wines in the sector. A fine gourmet treat!

L'appel des Sereines du domaine François Villard is a pretty little Syrah, supple and greedy: it's a pleasure wine all about balance with its aromas of red fruits that are widely felt on the palate with that spicy touch that delights us. Great value for money!

Silice du Château les Croisilles is a magnificent, energetic Cahors. This highly original terroir represents less than 10% of the Cahors appellation. It produces fine, easily digestible wines brimming with mouth-watering acidity, the hallmark of this wine.
