Maxime sublimates this grape variety, creating a very velvety wine that develops on notes of sweet spices and cooked red fruits. On the 2022 vintage, Au Capceu du Camin Larredya is still a superb bottle. This great Jurançon de garde develops on notes of yellow fruit, exotic fruit, candied lemon. The acidity counterbalances the sugar magnificently. A great wine.

This 1er cru Langenberg 2022 from Domaine Marcel Deiss is a superb success. Nose of lemon, grapefruit and white flowers (lily of the valley, elderberry), light mineral touches spice up the bouquet, the palate is airy and subtle, like an aromatic cloud, leaving on the finish a sensation of salinity so characteristic of St Hippolyte's granite terroirs. The wine is fuller and more complex than a simple Riesling St Hippolyte; the material is more subtle and bounces back with little acidic, tonic twitches.

This Chablis village du domaine Pattes Loup has a very fine breadth and a well-balanced finish... A model Chablis made from ripe grapes but with a lovely freshness. 2022 produced rich, greedy Chablis, with a slightly sunny side typical of the vintage.
