This organic Jasnières from Domaine de la Roche Bleue has a clear, limpid color. The nose is ripe, developing on notes of candied pear, mineral. Superb length!

The cuvée Clos Michet parcellaire du Domaine de la Taille aux Loups is made exclusively from grapes harvested during a second pass through the vines, which Domaine de la Taille aux Loups has allowed to mature for longer. A Montlouis with good ageing potential, with more body than the Cuvée Rémus. A superb success!

The grand Clos du Rocher des Violettes is made from the estate's 80+ year-old vines; this grand Montlouis is full-bodied and luscious, spiked with a framework of freshness and candied citrus notes that carry it a long way. A great gastronomic white.

The nose is very open on opening, developing notes of black fruit. The palate is complex, with hints of fruit and spice, underpinned by supple, round, high-quality tannins. This grand chenin de gastronomie is ample; it has a supple texture on the palate, without losing any of its usual complexity and edge. It develops on complex notes of yellow fruit, hawthorn and aniseed. Great length.
