The wines are low in sulfur (very slightly at bottling). Prices have remained very reasonable. Giac Bulle is a superb Vin Mousseux de Savoie made from Jacquère grapes. Monfanira is a light, taut Jacquère, a pure, airy organic Savoie wine. Altesse is an elegant, fruity Roussette de Savoie. Mondeuse from the domaine Giachino is a superbly peppery organic wine. Fresh and spicy, it deserves a few years of cellaring to mellow out and show its full potential.
