The Fergaria cuvée from the Domaine de Cébène has delicate smoky aromas that hint at the best that Mourvèdre can give on this schist terroir, with fruitiness that's not overly exuberant. Aromas of fruit (raspberry, blackcurrant), sweet, bewitching spices and hints of garrigue follow through on a smooth, silky palate. The whole is a prodigy of balance. Felgaria will be enjoyed with relish in its youth, but it's also a wine for great cellaring. This cuvée les Longeroies du domaine Jean Fournier is superb in 2022. It expresses itself on notes of red fruit, zan, blackcurrant burgundy. The smooth texture is very silky and gives a lot of femininity to this organic wine, even though it has a nice structure.

This plot of Saint-Romain, facing southwest, is situated between 293 and 380 meters on very steep ground. This Saint-Romain is a fresh, fruity and fragrant organic white wine. Its softly expressed minerality gives it a pleasant roundness enhanced by notes of citrus and white flowers.

The Clos du Papillon parcel from the domaine de Closel is an organic Savennières, with a very fine texture: it combines volume on the palate and minerality, with a long, persistent finish.
