The vines are located in the commune of Chablis, on the left bank of the Serein with excellent south/southeast exposure. This cuvée is made up of the sub-climates épinottes, châtains and roncières. The soil consists of Kimmeridgian marl-limestone (Upper Jurassic), typical of the Chablis region.
