The domaine Tissot boasts exceptional terroirs, such as Les Bruyères, La Mailloche, En Barberon, Curon. The estate's objective is to push the expression of terroirs to the maximum: the 35 ha of vines are today cultivated in Biodynamie (Demeter certification) to let the soils live, to have grapes free of chemicals, to allow fermentations with natural yeasts, to reduce the doses of sulfur in the cellar. A superb Crémant du Jura porduced by the domaine Tissot. An airy Crémant with notes of white fruit. The nose develops pretty floral aromas of lime blossom and jasmine, followed by brioche notes. Refreshing and fruity, the palate offers lovely minerality with fine, stimulating bubbles. The finish is salivating and juicy.
