Cocalières blanc du Domaine D'Aupilhac has a freshness and length that characterize it. It develops aromas of white flowers and white peaches. A superb Crémant du Jura porduced by the domaine Tissot. An airy Crémant with notes of white fruit. The nose develops pretty floral aromas of lime blossom and jasmine, followed by brioche notes. Refreshing and fruity, the palate offers lovely minerality with fine, stimulating bubbles. The finish is salivating and juicy.

Domaine d'Aupilhac's Carignan is powerful, with aromas of black fruit, licorice and smoke. It always has a fresh finish. 2020 is one of the greatest vintages of recent years, superb, with great ageing potential.

This Calcinaire blanc du domaine Gauby is very mineral with notes of white-fleshed fruit and citrus zest. A magnificent white Roussillon without any heaviness to accompany a scallop carpaccio with citrus fruits, for example.

The Hautes Côtes de Beaune des Vignobles Ludovic Pierrot is a superb introduction to the estate's wines. The pinot is gourmand, fine and airy. An organic wine that pinotes and keeps a beautiful freshness and fine tannins!

A magnificent Riesling from the domaine Marcel Deiss, both invigorating and refreshing, resting on a mineral structure. Beautiful finish on citrus notes.

Mire la Mer des Clos Perdus is a powerful, racy cuvée. This organic Corbières wine is made from a rigorous selection of grapes from 5 plots with heavy, clay-limestone soils on the edge of the detangs between Peyriac-de-Mer and Bages. The wine is partially aged in barrels. This is a cuvée for laying down, made to last for years. Forget about 10 years in the cellar.

The Tournebride cuvée from domaine Vincent Gaudry is a magnificent introduction: the nose develops slightly smoky, lemony notes. The palate is slender, taut and very elegant. Very fine persistence on a salivating finish.

A wonderful introduction to Jura chardonnays with this cuvée Patchwork. A very fine, bright nose hints at floral notes. The palate, fruity and mineral, is racy and endowed with good length. A lovely gourmet wine.

This blanc de Sancerre from Domaine François Crochet is rich, ripe and chiseled. François Crochet's style shines through in this superb vintage, taut but endowed with lovely volume.

A great Menetou-Salon de gastronomie that this Clos des Treilles 2022 du domaine Philippe Gilbert : it declines on notes of white fruit, peach and slightly vanilla yellow plum. Superb saline finish and great length. An exceptional wine.

Irancy les Mazelots du domaine Goisot has ruby hues. On the nose, it releases scents of wild berries, spices, licorice and a hint of roasting. On the palate, you'll discover its fullness and elegance, underlined by fine tannins and liquorice and jammy notes.

The grand vin du Clos Puy Arnaud is to marturité: powerful and deep, this Côtes de Castillon develops on notes of black fruits, sweet spices, with hints of toast. Superb to drink now!

This magnificent Savagnin ouillé 60 mois du Domaine de la Pinte develops on notes of citrus zest, passion fruit, exotic fruits, dried fruits... The palate is fresh, followed by long-lasting aromas and a very acidic, sharp, taut finish that gives the wine energy! A wine of great precision: beware of the coup de cur!
