The nose of Vignes Oubliées develops delicate notes of garrigue and pepper. The palate is fruity, with notes of cherry, sweet (very fine tannins) and spicy (pepper, garrigue). The finish is fresh, thanks to well-preserved acidity. A beautiful bottle of balance and refinement. To be discovered without delay!

The Mas Jullien rosé is a gourmet rosé. The nose is expressive with red berries. The palate is full-bodied and long-lasting. Its power is well suited to grilled meats. One of Languedoc's great rosés.

Prioundo des Clos Perdus is a superb, well-balanced Corbières: it's a rich, gourmand organic wine, developing on notes of red fruit (raspberry, cherry), with a mineral finish (earth, wet stone) and bitter orange peel. Very good length.

Montfalette du Mas d'Alezon is a great success. The nose is clean, complex and elegant with notes of black fruit and cooked Morello cherry, zan and pepper. On the palate, the attack is fleshy and smooth. It develops aromas of cherry brandy, candied orange, pepper and licorice. Wonderful balance and excellent length. Montfalette du Mas d'Alezon is a great success. The nose is clean, complex and elegant with notes of black fruit and cooked Morello cherry, zan and pepper. On the palate, the attack is fleshy and smooth. It develops aromas of cherry brandy, candied orange, pepper and licorice. The balance is magnificent and the length excellent. Magnificent bottle.

K Libre du Clos de la Barthassade is a great 100% Carignan wine aged 24 months in barrique and concrete egg! Aunez, the wine develops kirsch, blackcurrant and leather notes. The palate is round, velvety and red-fruited. The finish is particularly fresh, thanks to the carignan's specific acidity. A great vintage for discovering this grape variety

Le Chant des Dolia rouge from Domaine La Croix Gratiot is an organic Languedoc that develops on notes of garrigue and red fruits. Superb fresh, slender finish.

L'olivette du Clos Marie is a very pretty Pic Saint Loup. The wine is elegant; it develops on notes of reglisses, black fruits. The wine deserves a few months' cellaring to soften and refine its tannins. A benchmark AOC Pic Saint Loup.

Copa Santa is a magnificent gourmet cuvée from Mas Clavel. The nose of this organic wine is full of red and black fruit, with hints of spice and fine oak. The palate is full-bodied, with powerful notes of ripe fruit and sweet spices. The whole rests on velvety tannins; long, bewitching mentholated finish.
