Rozeta is a superb Corbières from domaine Maxime Magnon. This fruit-filled organic wine knows how to be greedy and complex: it develops on notes of red fruit, garrigue and thyme. We appreciate the balance of this cuvée, which remains soft and digestible.

La Bégou du domaine Maxime Magnon is a superb white Corbières. Its nose develops notes of white fruit, accompanied by floral touches. The palate is well-balanced, bright, taut and greedy. A great gastronomic wine.

The Mercurey les Buissières du domaine Gouffier has a flowery nose of honeysuckle and boxwood. On the palate, this chiselled wine develops on notes of dry apricot and gives way to a salivating finish. A lovely gourmet wine.

Le trou de l'Ermite du Château de Caraguilhes possesses a dense nose marked by beautiful fruit full of freshness. It develops on deep notes of blackberry and licorice, followed by rosemary and thyme. The palate is round and full-bodied, underlined by dark berry aromas and hints of black tapenade. The freshness of the mid-palate gives the wine real personality.
