Philippe Gilbert converted his estate to biodynamics in the 2000s. This 30-hectare estate is one of the appellation's flagships: the wines produced here are elegant, just right and chiseled. This organic white wine seduces with its aromas of fresh fruit (lemon and green apple), combined with delicate floral notes and a marked minerality. On the palate, it's lively and chiselled, with a lovely tension that gives it great freshness.
