Philippe Gilbert converted his estate to biodynamics in the 2000s. This 30-hectare estate is one of the appellation's flagships: the wines produced here are elegant, just right and chiseled. The domaine produces both biodynamic and natural wines, including the highly successful Cuvée hors Série in red.
