This cuvée Altitude du domaine Boris Champy develops on the nose with notes of stone fruit, hints of cedar and undergrowth. The palate is very expressive on greedy red and black fruits, with lovely underlying acidity. A lovely Burgundy, immensely pleasing and refined.

Magnificent Menetou-Salon blanc 2023 from domaine Philippe Gilbert, both gourmand and chiseled in this elegant, straightforward vintage. Superb, beautifully mature Sauvignon. This organic white wine seduces with its aromas of fresh fruit (lemon and green apple), combined with delicate floral notes and a marked minerality. On the palate, it's lively and chiselled, with a lovely tension that gives it great freshness.
