The Petit Clos du Clos Maïa is a Grenache-dominant red, supple, fruity and round. We crunch the grapes!
The Petit Clos du Clos Maïa has a very fragrant nose with notes of black fruit. The palate shows fine balance. The wine develops notes of black fruit and sweet spices, all resting on silky tannins. Géraldine Laval brilliantly manages the Clos Maïa located on the exceptional terroir of the Larzac terraces. Clos Maïa is situated between 4 and 5 meters above sea level and rests on complex soils of limestone schist clay ruffes and pebbles on the slopes of the Larzac foothills. As with the rest of the Terrasses du Larzac, the wide temperature range between day and night favors slow, gradual ripening of the grapes, keeping the wines balanced and fresh.Clos Maïa covers five hectares, with Grenache, Syrah and Terret used to produce the reds, and Roussane, Terret Bourret and Chenin for the whites.

The Pinot Blanc du domaine Ginglinger is a complex blend of different parcels of pinot blanc and pinot auxerrois from various Eguisheim lieux-dits: Langrod, Bachtal, Klein Krumling, Lang Striebicher and Bodenacker. The golden auxerrois grapes give the wine a frank, pronounced fruitiness and fullness on the palate, while the pinot blanc adds freshness, liveliness and a hint of citrus. The bouquet of this pinot blanc is pure and spring-like, blending pear, lemon, fresh hazelnut, vanilla and white flowers. The balance on the palate is dry, articulated around suave, crisp flesh and invigorating freshness. A great charmer that goes well with a wide range of dishes.
