Très bon vin qui s’accorde parfaitement avec le poisson
Laïs Blanc is a great white wine from the domain Olivier Pithon. This wine seduces with its delicate nose of white flowers, citrus and white-fleshed fruit. On the palate, it is marked by fine mineral tension and a persistent saline finish. It goes perfectly with seafood, grilled fish and vegetable-based dishes.
This chardonnay from the domaine de la Pinte is a perfect introduction to Jura white wines. Easily accessible, fruity and gourmet, this Chardonnay is perfect with fine fish and cheeses! Nice clean, taut finish.
The Volnay from domaine Chantal Lescure has become one of the appellation's benchmarks over the years. The domaine has a small production, so bottles are limited in number. You'll appreciate the complexity and intensity of the 2023, which will enable it to evolve favorably over 7 years.
This white organic wine from Château de Caraguilheshas a beautifully complex nose between white fruit and the mineral side of the wine. It develops on notes of almond blossom, white peach and apricot underlined on the second nose by light citrus scents. The palate is full and silky, with a lovely freshness. Citrus fruits are present, accompanied by a hint of acacia and fennel. A well-balanced organic wine with good length at the back of the palate.
This 1er cru Langenberg 2022 from Domaine Marcel Deiss is a superb success. Nose of lemon, grapefruit and white flowers (lily of the valley, elderberry), light mineral touches spice up the bouquet, the palate is airy and subtle, like an aromatic cloud, leaving on the finish a sensation of salinity so characteristic of St Hippolyte's granite terroirs. The wine is fuller and more complex than a simple Riesling St Hippolyte; the material is more subtle and bounces back with little acidic, tonic twitches.
A lovely pinot that pinotes this pinot from the domaine Marcel Deiss. It develops notes of red berries and blackcurrant. A wine to make many a Burgundian blush...This light organic wine can be enjoyed as an aperitif, but also with charcuterie or white meats.
This Alsace Riquewirh du domaine Marcel Deiss comes from the Domaine Marcel Deiss plots, planted on the Riquewihr finage. The wine produced is extremely salivating, precise, well-structured and full of personality. A sparkling biodynamic wine!
The grand cru Mambourg 2022 from the domaine Marcel Deiss is intense and salivating, with notes of spice and bergamot. Exceptional length for this Pinot blend.
