Très bon vin qui s’accorde parfaitement avec le poisson
La Part Davan de Camin Larredyais a gourmet wine characterized by volume and structure. Its assertive character remains bordered by a velvety mouthfeel and a lively yet coated finish in long fruitiness. The aromatic range still expresses fresh fruit (white peach, citrus) complemented by a touch of minerality.
Château Bichon-Cassignol's grand reserve is made from the estate's finest barrels. In 2019, this organic Graves reveals itself to be powerful and fruity; on the palate, it is full-bodied, structured and long, with fine complexity.Bichon Cassigno vineyard
Clos du Roy from Domaine Jean Fournier comes from the northern parcels of the appellation. A superb wine in this sunny vintage, with notes of black fruits, beautiful tannic structure and good length.
La Magendia is a 100% Petit Manseng sweet Jurançon. With this cuvée, Clos Lapeyre produces a great Jurançon for laying down, with notes of candied fruit and honey. Excellent length and immense ageing potential! A real favorite!Guide des meilleurs vins de France 2022 : 92/100
This 1er cru Langenberg 2022 from Domaine Marcel Deiss is a superb success. Nose of lemon, grapefruit and white flowers (lily of the valley, elderberry), light mineral touches spice up the bouquet, the palate is airy and subtle, like an aromatic cloud, leaving on the finish a sensation of salinity so characteristic of St Hippolyte's granite terroirs. The wine is fuller and more complex than a simple Riesling St Hippolyte; the material is more subtle and bounces back with little acidic, tonic twitches.
