Cabretta du Mas d'Alezon is an organic dry white from Faugères. Its nose develops notes of white-fleshed fruit (pear), candied orange and fresh butter. On the palate, this wine combines attractive fruit and freshness, all resting on a fine body. Superb length for this great gastronomic wine.
The Le Presbytère cuvée from Mas d'Alezon is a high-flying Faugères vinified with as little sulfur as possible. The nose is complex, with prunes, cherries and spices. On the palate, we find the freshness and elegance of C. Roque wines. Good length. The 2022 vintage is characterized by bright fruit and great gourmandise.
