The domaine boasts vineyards in the Marsannay, Fixin and Côte de Nuits AOC regions. Jean Fournier, whose estate covers sixteen hectares, works his vines with the greatest care, following the rules of organic farming since 24, certified since 28. The many old vines and long ageing periods give the wines great ageing potential. Each cuvée from the domaine Jean Fournier has plenty of personality. Prices have remained reasonable, so it's time to take advantage of them.

The cuvée saint-Urbain rouge from domaine Jean Fournier is a lovely Marsannay on the finesse side. This organic Burgundy wine has lovely volume on the palate and a lovely sweetness. An ideal introduction to Côte de Nuits wines. The 2022 vintage is very successful, with expressive fruit! Great value for money!

The P'tite Grumotte from Domaine Jean Fournier is a magnificent parcel: the Pinot noir reveals a very rich, balanced character, with aromas of violets and day-old fruit. This is a very difficult cuvée to make, and cannot be produced in certain years when millerand grapes are scarce

This red Marsannay from Domaine Jean Fournier is produced in the "Chapitre" sector. This cuvée saw the light of day in 2019 following the reclassification of the parcel as AOC Marsannay. Until 2018, this cuvée was known as "Bourgogne Le Chapitre Vieilles Vignes". A magnificent organic Burgundy wine full of ardor and elegance.
