The domaine has vineyards in the Marsannay, Fixin and Côte de Nuits AOC regions. Jean Fournier, whose estate covers sixteen hectares, works his vines with the greatest care, following the rules of organic farming since 24, certified since 28. The many old vines and long ageing periods give the wines great ageing potential. Each cuvée from the domaine Jean Fournier has plenty of personality. This red Marsannay from Domaine Jean Fournier is produced in the "Chapitre" sector. This cuvée saw the light of day in 2019 following the reclassification of the parcel as AOC Marsannay. Until 2018, this cuvée was known as "Bourgogne Le Chapitre Vieilles Vignes". A magnificent organic Burgundy wine full of ardor and elegance.
