A Chardonnay that develops yellow fruit and menthol notes, all resting on a finely woody finish.The Domaine Jean Fournier is located in Marsannay-la-Côte and produces great organic Burgundy wines. The domaine boasts vineyards in the Marsannay, Fixin and Côte de Nuits AOC regions. Jean Fournier, whose estate covers sixteen hectares, works his vines with the greatest care, following the rules of organic farming since 24, certified since 2008. The many old vines and long ageing periods give the wines great ageing potential. Each cuvée from the domaine Jean Fournier has plenty of personality. Prices have remained reasonable, so it's time to take advantage of them.

Quintaine du domaine Guillemot-Michel is a great Viré-Clessé. This superbly mastered vintage is explosively aromatic, with lovely exotic notes due to the few noble grapes that often appear in the domaine's bunches when the harvest takes place in autumn. Yet this vintage is just as fresh as its predecessors, with a hint of minerality. A lovely, open, gourmet vintage that's already giving a lot of pleasure in its youth!

The P'tite Grumotte from Domaine Jean Fournier is a magnificent parcel: the Pinot noir reveals a very rich, balanced character, with aromas of violets and day-old fruit. This is a very difficult cuvée to make, and cannot be produced in certain years when millerand grapes are scarce

This cuvée les Longeroies du domaine Jean Fournier is superb in 2022. It expresses itself on notes of red fruit, zan, blackcurrant burgundy. The smooth texture is very silky and gives a lot of femininity to this organic wine, even though it has a nice structure.
