This 1er cru Sous Fretille du domaine Pavelot is one of the great white wines of the Côte de Beaune .This Pernand-Vergelesses is refined, elegant, complex. Very beautiful fruit enhanced by a very successful passage in barrel. To be enjoyed over 10 years.

Quintaine du domaine Guillemot-Michel is a great Viré-Clessé. This superbly mastered vintage is explosively aromatic, with lovely exotic notes due to the few noble grapes that often appear in the domaine's bunches when the harvest takes place in autumn. Yet this vintage is just as fresh as its predecessors, with a hint of minerality. A lovely, open, gourmet vintage that's already giving a lot of pleasure in its youth!
