This organic Pic-Saint-Loup develops aromas of ripe fruit, spices and garrigue to accompany duck confit with figs, roast rack of lamb or grilled rib of beef.The Chemin des Rêves , run by Benoit Viot, produces particularly interesting wines in the Pic Saint-Loup and Grès de Montpellier appellations in particular. The wines have great precision and intensity. Le Chemin des Rêves has undertaken an organic farming certification process, which has enabled the wines to gain even greater depth.
