The Chemin des Rêves , run by Benoit Viot, produces particularly interesting wines in the Pic Saint-Loup and Grès de Montpellier appellations in particular. The wines have great precision and intensity. Le Chemin des Rêves has undertaken an organic farming certification process, which has enabled the wines to gain even greater depth. An estate to be discovered urgently for the gourmandise and balance of its wines. The quality/price ratio is remarkable.

The attack is frank, and the palate is tannic, powerful and complex, made for ageing. The finish is smoky. A superb success!
CloseLa Soie rouge du Chemin des rêves is a magnificent Pic-Saint-Loup. It has an intense, complex nose, with aromas of jammy fruit, spices (nutmeg, cloves) and roasting. On the palate, it's opulent, silky and licorice-flavored. It goes well with tasty meats: leg of lamb cooked in rosé, duck with honey and spices, capon with chanterelles.
