Nuit Grave du Mas des Chimères is a blended wine, with a majority of Syrah, Grenache and a little Mourvèdre. This wine has great complexity with smooth tannins, a fresh, gourmet wine. It's a wine for laying down (8 to 10 years without fear) while still being accessible in its youth, to be accompanied throughout its evolution over time.

The Le Presbytère cuvée from Mas d'Alezon is a high-flying Faugères vinified with as little sulfur as possible. The nose is complex, with prunes, cherries and spices.
