The wines have great precision and intensity. Le Chemin des Rêves has undertaken an organic farming certification process, which has enabled the wines to gain even greater depth. On the nose, this organic Languedoc wine opens with fruity notes of bay leaf, tapenade (black olive), and some black fruit (blackberry). The palate is fruity, both aromatically and flavor-wise. Gueule de Loup du Chemin des rêves is a great Pic-Saint-Loup. Its color is dark garnet. On the nose, it reveals notes of sweet spices (paprika), crème de cassis and torrefaction. On the palate, it has a lovely full, structured attack. Dense on the palate, without aggressiveness. The finish is long and a guaranteed favorite!
