The cuvée Joséphine du domaine des Hautes Terres is a great Crémant de Limoux. Not dosed, this wine has a fine bubble. The nose develops elegant notes of white fruit. The palate is full-bodied yet lively. Gilles Azam runs the Domaine Les Hautes Terres on the Limoux terroir. Situated at an altitude of 400 meters on an exceptional terroir, farmed organically, Gilles' vines produce some of the finest wines in the region, between substance and nervosity. Each year, the wines gain in definition and depth. The range is expanding, with magnificent chenins on the way. A domain we particularly like.
