Situated at an altitude of 400 meters on an exceptional terroir, farmed organically, Gilles' vines produce some of the finest wines in the region, between substance and nervosity. Each year, the wines gain in definition and depth. The range is expanding, with magnificent chenins on the way. A domain we particularly like.
