The rosé cuvées are collecting medals, as is the magnificent white, La Jouvencelle, produced in very small quantities.

Je l’avais adoré il y a qq années. Ce rosé a gardé ses qualités en 2023.
This IGP des Alpilles du Château Romanin is an organic wine ideal for summer meals. The nose is highly aromatic with notes of black fruits and flowers (violets) as well as licorice. The palate is round and elegant with greedy, smoky flavors.

La Soie rouge du Chemin des rêves is a magnificent Pic-Saint-Loup. It has an intense, complex nose, with aromas of jammy fruit, spices (nutmeg, cloves) and roasting. On the palate, it's opulent, silky and licorice-flavored. It goes well with tasty meats: leg of lamb cooked in rosé, duck with honey and spices, capon with chanterelles.
