Chateau Armoria's Nova is a smooth 100% carignan. This organic Minervois wine has a fruity attack. Notes of red fruit rest on soft tannins . The wine has a surprisingly pleasant freshness. An easy-to-match wine, ideal with grilled red meatsThe Château Armoria is based on the foothills of the Montagne Noire between Caunes and Laure Minervois. The estate comprises 20 hectares of fields and an 8-hectare vineyard of old vines (carignan, syrah, grenache, mourvèdre, ugni blanc) managed with an agro-ecological approach. Priority is given to the life of the soil and the care of old vines. The wines are blended from micro-vinifications carried out in the two-hundred-year-old cellar.

The Ugni blanc cuvée from Château Armoria is a confidential white made from 100% ugni blanc. The nose develops notes of citrus, verbena. The palate is fruity and mineral, with a lovely liveliness. We love it!

Cuvée Agartha du Château Armoria is the estate's great cuvée for laying down: made from carignan and mourvèdre, the attack is gourmand, with notes of black fruits and spices. This organic Minervois wine is beautifully balanced. It will keep for 5 to 7 years in the cellar. A wonderful discovery!
