Château Armoria's Cuvée Ugni Blanc is a confidential white wine made from 100% Ugni Blanc grapes. The nose develops notes of citrus fruit and verbena. The palate is fruity, mineral and lively. Château Armoria is based on the foothills of the Montagne Noire between Caunes and Laure Minervois. The estate comprises 20 hectares of fields and an 8-hectare vineyard of old vines (carignan, syrah, grenache, mourvèdre, ugni blanc) managed with an agro-ecological approach. The wines are made from micro-vineyard blends in the two-hundred-year-old cellar.
