The Acquaviva-Venturi family has run the Vico estate since 1987. The year 1989 marked the beginning of the vineyard's modernization. The winery also underwent a number of transformations, and the vineyard is now managed organically for Domaine Vico and biodynamically for Clos Venturi.

Clos Venturi 1769 Rosé is made from Sciaccarellu grown on sandstone with a south/southeast orientation at the top of the hillsides. This great Corsican rosé is elegant and fragrant, developing floral notes and hints of citrus (grapefruit). The finish is long and saline.
