The domaine boasts vineyards in the Marsannay, Fixin and Côte de Nuits AOC regions. Jean Fournier, whose estate covers sixteen hectares, works his vines with the greatest care, following the rules of organic farming since 24, certified since 28. The many old vines and long ageing periods give the wines great ageing potential. Each cuvée from the domaine Jean Fournier has plenty of personality. Prices have remained reasonable, so it's time to take advantage.

Cerasuolo di Vittoria, the first and currently only DOCG in Sicily, has a strong, ancient tradition and owes its identity to the combination of the strength of Nero d'Avola and the sweetness of Frappato. It's a complex, long and elegant wine, which develops on notes of spice and red fruit. The structure is there, but the tannins are silky, as with all the wines in the range.
